Do the parcels come pre-wrapped?

As standard, our parcel kits do not come pre-wrapped. However, they do come with all the wrapping paper and tape that you'll need, as well a handy wrapping guide and a link to a video tutorial.

Want it wrapped for you? No problem!

We offer a wrapping service at an extra cost of £20.00 (£1.07 per layer). Just use the drop down at the checkout and select "wrapped parcel" and we will wrap it for you.

What if I have more than 14 party guests?

As much as we'd love to offer larger parcels, we've found that 14 layers is just about largest parcel that we can create without having to compromise on quality.

However, we've ensured that all 3 of our parcel options are made up of prizes and game cards that are completely unique to one another. This means that you can "mix and match" to and still be guaranteed a unique experience for each participant.

Are your products Vegetarian/Vegan friendly?

All of our consumables, oils and bathroom products are Vegetarian friendly. However, not everything is Vegan friendly, these items are listed below:

  • Chocolate Hearts (from the "Nice Deluxe" & "Naughty" Parcels)
  • Margarita Bath Bombs (from the "Nice Parcel")

Do you ship outside of the UK?

We do not currently offer shipping outside of the UK as standard. However, we'd really hate for anyone to miss out..

So, if you are from outside the UK and would like to purchase one of our products, then please send us a message via our contact form and we'll see what we can do!

How long will my Parcel take to arrive?

Under usual circumstances, we will aim to get your parcel to you within 3-7 days.

However, we are a small family run business so if demand is high (especially if you are using our wrapping service), there is a chance it may be a little longer. We also have to rely on several thrid party suppliers to create our parcels so it is possible that there could be delays beyong our control.

For these reasons, we ask that you allow up to 4 weeks for your parcel to arrive. If you require your parcel within a tighter timeframe, then please contact us and we will be happy to clarify when exactly it will be with you.

Can I return my Parcel Kit after it has arrived?

You are able to return any of our DIY pass the parcel within 8 weeks of the purchase date, providing that all contents are unused and undamaged (including the wrapping paper).

We will not accept returns for wrapped parcels. This includes parcels that have been wrapped by us, using our wrapping service.

If you do wish to return a product, then please contact us to arrange.

What do I do if there's something wrong with my Parcel?

Parcel arrived damaged? - We take every effort to ensure that your parcel is packed safely and securely, so if your parcel does arrive damage, then please let us know and we will take it up with the postage company and of course ensure you have everything you need.

Parcel missing contents? - We quality check all of our parcels so you should have everything you need. However we are but human so if you do notice something is missing, please contact us and we'll look to rectify.
